Yoga Offerings
Yoga to Relax and Renew - A series of yoga postures and meditation that trigger the parasympathetic (relaxation) response.
 
Establishing a Firm Base - Establish good posture and develop strength in your abdomen with the help of yoga asanas.
 
Developing Strong Back & Knees - This practice helps to build a strong foundation for yoga practice and daily activities.
 
Strengthen Flank Muscles & Focused Pelvic Tilt - A series of asanas designed to strengthen the mid-section of the body and assist in training the body to bend properly.
 
Yoga for Flexibility - This practice focus is to prepare for an active season of running, cycling, tennis, golf, swimming and gardening. A handout will be provided with a list of asanas for each activity.
 
Clear Mind Sleep Well - A great pm yoga experience to help unwind from the day and prepare for a restful evening.
 
 
 
Class Arrangements 
 
Semi-Private Yoga Session (Two or Three People)
Sessions are chosen from the list above. Basic props available for use during session. All sessions are 90 minutes.
Sessions are $12 per class for each student.
Special: 5 Session Package - $50 per student. Full payment due at first session.
  
Private Yoga Session (One  Person)
Sessions personalized to individual needs and all props are provided. All sessions are 90 minutes.
First session is $30 with additional sessions $20 each.
Special: 5 Session Package - $100. Full payment at first session.
